In 1985, Pulse set up the first production plant in China. Now, in 2007, China operations are located in three regions: Southern China, Northern China and Western China. In the South, we're located at the Pearl Delta in Guangdong province, one of the most developed areas in China. We have production plants in Dongguan, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Shenzhen. In the North, we have plants in Ningbo and in Suzhou. In the West, we have plants in Chengdou.
Currently, Pulse has over 25,000 employees in China. We believe that it is the people who move the company forward; therefore, we invest in employee development. We have open and fair performance management processes and career development programs. There is an internal promotion process in addition to sourcing and selecting talent from the outside.
